What began as a simple curiosity about real estate grew into a 22-year journey, that pushed me beyond my comfort zone and shaped me into the businesswoman I am
today.
I was a new mom, craving a job that gave me purpose and flexibility. I didn’t want to miss out on those early years with my children, but I also wanted a career that fulfilled me. My sister-in-law, a successful real estate agent, quickly became my inspiration. She was always on the go, juggling showings and closings, energized by her work—and I found myself wanting that kind of life too.
At the time, I worked in accounting. It made sense: I’d studied finance and accounting in college, loved numbers, and found myself in a job that made sense given my background, sitting behind a desk and filing taxes for a company. Yet, something inside me started to shift—especially after I married my husband, Scott.
Scott had lived in Lebanon his whole life. His family was deeply rooted in the community—everyone seemed to know them. It was around then that we had our first child, Nashe. Becoming a mother opened my eyes. I realized I wanted more than just a paycheck. I wanted connection. I wanted impact. And I wanted a career that allowed me to be there for my children.
That’s when I started paying closer attention to my sister-in-law’s career in real estate. Her lifestyle, the way she connected with people, and the energy she brought to her work—it all drew me in. So in 2003, I took the leap. I left accounting and stepped into the unknown world of real estate.
The transition was anything but easy. I was pretty introverted back then, so the idea of networking, promoting myself, and constantly meeting new people pushed me outside my comfort zone. I was also terrified of coming off as pushy—I didn’t want to be “salesy.” So I made a decision early on: I’d just be myself. I wouldn’t sell; I’d guide. I’d listen. I’d build relationships.
It took time—years, in fact—for my business to gain momentum. In those early days, I took my babies with me to showings, doing my best to balance motherhood and business. I had moments of doubt, wondering if this path was sustainable. But I committed. I leaned on my mentors, especially my sister-in-law and the top brokers at our office. I watched them closely, learning everything I could.
Eventually, the hard work paid off. I started building my client base and joined forces with my now-business partner, Donna. Together, we grew stronger. Then, in 2005, an incredible opportunity came our way: we were able to buy a Century 21 franchise, and I became a licensed broker.
For the past 16 years, I’ve been managing our Century 21 office, training new agents and supporting both buyers and sellers. It brings me so much joy to see others succeed—
because when one of us wins, we all win.
My family has grown right alongside my business. Nashe now has four children of her own, and Haddi—who is also a REALTOR®—recently welcomed a baby. My youngest, Kaigan, is 12 and keeps me on my toes! I love spending time with my family, my grandkids, and friends daily. I’m also actively involved in FBC, where I volunteer in various activities that keep me connected to the community.
Scott and I love golfing, and we often bring our daughter along. I stay energized with daily walks, runs, and lifting weights—whatever keeps my body and mind sharp. Life is full, and I’m grateful for it. I never imagined real estate would become such a central part of who I am, but it’s given me purpose, freedom, and the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives.
I’ve been in real estate for 22 years, and I’ve lived in this area even longer—which means I know these neighborhoods, communities, and even the outskirts extremely well. My specialties include residential homes, rural properties, hobby farms, land, investment properties, and new construction. That said, I work with everyone, from first-time buyers to seasoned sellers, offering a tailored, full-service experience rooted in professionalism and local market expertise. What truly sets me apart is a personalized, client-first approach. Real estate is not just about properties—it’s about people. I treat every transaction like it’s my own and every client like family.
In addition to my experience, I also offer my clients my vast network. Over the years, I’ve built strong, trusted relationships with vendors who can help with anything from repairs to staging. I also maintain positive relationships with other agents, which can give my clients a real edge in negotiations.
Every client’s situation is unique, and I pride myself on adapting to each client’s needs and unique circumstances. Each client gets my full attention, honest guidance, and proven strategies from start to finish.

Sincerely,
